What We Collect

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as name, email, phone, preferred viewing window, message, and the listing you ask about. Admin and API systems also collect audit metadata needed to secure listing operations.

How We Use Information

We use contact information to respond to inquiries, schedule showings, support applications, improve the website, and protect the integrity of our listings and admin systems.

Lead Retention

Hot lead personal information is retained in Postgres for 90 days. After that, the planned production flow archives lead payloads with AWS KMS envelope encryption in private Cloudflare R2 for one year, redacts database PII, and deletes the archive after the retention window.

Notifications And Logs

Notification emails should avoid full message bodies and unnecessary personal information. Application logs should not intentionally store sensitive lead contents.

Security

Staff access is restricted to approved Anthology company domains. Write actions require recent two-factor verification, and admin security actions require passkey step-up.
